Participation Policy

Little Minds in Motion is a structured parent-child program. A parent or legal guardian is required to remain present and actively participate with their child for the full duration of each class. This is not a drop-off program.

 

Health & Illness Policy

To ensure a safe and healthy environment for all families, children and adults must be symptom-free before attending class. Please do not attend if you or your child are experiencing fever, vomiting, diarrhea, persistent cough, or other contagious illness symptoms. If symptoms arise during class, families may be asked to step out for the well-being of the group.

 

Liability & Assumption of Risk

Participation in music, movement, and sensory activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to minor injuries. By attending class, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume full responsibility for yourself and your child. You agree to release and hold harmless Little Minds in Motion, its owner, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence.

 

Facility Acknowledgement

Classes are held at the Everett Recreation Center. Participants are responsible for complying with all facility rules and policies. A separate Everett Recreation Department liability waiver may be required for participation.

 

Photo & Video Consent

Photos and videos may be taken during classes for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of images of yourself and your child unless written notice is provided to Little Minds in Motion prior to class.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to limited class capacity, all bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled class, please notify Little Minds in Motion at least 24 hours prior to the start of class. Make-up classes or credits may be offered at the discretion of Little Minds in Motion but are not guaranteed.
